Apedroc Stud is a boutique thoroughbred stud farm in the heart of rural Sussex.
The property is set in over 100 acres of paddocks and ancient woodland, complemented by a full suite of modern equestrian facilities. Our approach is to focus on a small number of elite mares and premier flat stallions.
The stud benefits from carefully maintained, high quality, pasture. We conduct rotational grazing and cross-grazing with our flock of Hebridean sheep to maximise parasite control. The undulating terrain provides excellent strengthening and conditioning for young race horses.
We work with high quality veterinary, nutritional, farriery and Bloodstock professionals, with expertise specific to the racing industry.

Young Stock
We foal all our bloodstock at Apedroc and hence have a strong familiarity with them from birth. We have a clear sense of their personalities right from the outset.
